Support Group for Mental Health
At Nōmina Integrated Health, we understand that not everyone has the same access to quality mental health care. To help bridge that gap, we are proud to offer several free-of-charge support groups for mental health facilitated by our experienced team of registered psychotherapists.
Men's Support Group
The Monday night men's group is an opportunity for men to come together to explore issues affecting them in a non-judgemental space. This support group is designed as an open process group for men to work through their challenges with others. It is a safe, confidential space with an emphasis on understanding. Themes such as anger, relationships, work, and role responsibilities are explored.
Women's Support Group
Our Tuesday night women's support groups provide a safe and supportive space to discuss the pressures of everyday life, such as relationships, work, or personal growth. Our goal is to provide a non-judgmental space for everyone to share their experiences and learn from others who may be going through similar challenges.
SMART Recovery Meetings
At Nōmina, we proudly host weekly SMART Recovery meetings for our community. These meetings provide a safe and supportive space for people to share their experiences and learn from one another. We believe that recovery is possible for everyone, and we are committed to supporting you on your journey to wellness.
SMART Recovery is a national nonprofit organization that offers free weekly meetings for people struggling with addiction. Certified SMART Recovery facilitators lead the meetings and provide attendees with tools and resources to make positive changes.
